Podcast: Meet the Leaders of JLL’s New Digital Products Team


JLL is one of the worlds biggest commercial real estate companies. They operate in 80 countries brokering around 786 million square feet of space per year, manage over 4.6 billion square feet and manage $58.1 billion worth of assets. They are also quite active in developing technology. In September of last year, they turned heads by hiring former head of product management for Google Maps, Vinay Goel as their Chief Product Officer. The article I wrote about my interview with him became one of our most read for the quarter so I was eager to talk to him again to get an idea of the innovation he had planned after having some time to survey the landscape. Then, when JLL announced another hire for their Head of Digital Product Engineering with deep tech experience, Ravi Mirchandaney, I thought it would be great to have a chat with both of them for one of our podcasts.

Little did I know, the two actually have a bit of a history together and were able to update me on what they have been up to, what they have planned for the future and how they work in conjunction with JLL’s tech investment arm Spark. I hope you enjoy our conversation in our latest recording.
