Franco Faraudo has an MBA in entrepreneurship and has worked with companies on their branding and content strategy. He has worked in real estate as an agent, manager, and investor. He writes about the intersection between the physical and digital world and is a co-founder of Propmodo.
Logan heads up Propmodo Research. His background is in multifamily development and brokerage, most recently with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR in Tucson, Arizona. He graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in international development, and he is passionate about the impact of startups on the built environment.
With a background in the construction trades and the energy industry, Justice brings a real boots-on-the-ground perspective to Propmodo. In his role as sales and marketing administrator, Justice assists in nearly every department from editorial to audience development.
Born in Dallas, Kyle is a proud lifelong Texan. He’s dedicated himself to covering a state as big as life itself. After graduating from Texas A&M, he moved to Houston, where he covers real estate and technology. With a degree in economics he worked on construction sites, in classrooms and on trading floors, before finally settling into a career as a full-time business reporter. These days, you can find him digging up a story down on Houston’s bayous. He is an associate editor at Propmodo.
Lauren is a writer, marketing consultant and the content marketing director at Propmodo. An avid tech aficionado with a soft spot for startups, she enjoys researching how and being part of teams covering a wide range of subjects that all make tomorrow's world better.

Phil has been a consultant to the commercial real estate industry for over a decade, telling stories with data to help building owners and managers better serve their clients. At Building Engines, he led efforts to capture and share new insights gleaned from operational and tenant sentiment metrics. Phil also served as a vice president at commercial real estate consulting firm Kingsley Associates. He later founded Koine Communications, a research and marketing firm. Phil holds a B.A. in political science and an M.B.A. from the University of South Carolina.
