Franco Faraudo has an MBA in entrepreneurship and has worked with companies on their branding and content strategy. He has worked in real estate as an agent, manager, and investor. He writes about the intersection between the physical and digital world and is a co-founder of Propmodo.
Samantha is the assistant editor at Propmodo. She has an M.A. in Writing from Rowan University. Her work has been published in several magazines including Philadelphia Stories and Lines + Stars. She resides in New Jersey and is interested in exploring technology's impact on the built environment and how it's shaping the way people live and interact with one another.
Logan heads up Propmodo Research. His background is in multifamily development and brokerage, most recently with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR in Tucson, Arizona. He graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in international development, and he is passionate about the impact of startups on the built environment.
With a background in the construction trades and the energy industry, Justice brings a real boots-on-the-ground perspective to Propmodo. In his role as sales and marketing administrator, Justice assists in nearly every department from editorial to audience development.
Phil has been a consultant to the commercial real estate industry for over a decade, telling stories with data to help building owners and managers better serve their clients. He is a prolific writer on industry topics and a frequent speaker at educational conferences. At Building Engines, he led efforts to capture and share new insights gleaned from operational and tenant sentiment metrics. Phil also served as a vice president at commercial real estate consulting firm Kingsley Associates. He later founded Koine Communications, a research and marketing firm. Phil holds a B.A. in political science and an M.B.A. from the University of South Carolina.
