Crelow and the Tenant Driven Platform

In this episode of CREvolve, Pat Hagen, CCO at Crelow, joins Bucky Beeman, a commercial real estate agent at Realty Growth, Inc., and Rivers Evans, Principal at ERC Commercial Real Estate, to explore a variety of topics including virtual reality brokerage tours, the VTS and Hightower Merger, and the general future of CRE.

Crelow is a platform that allows tenants to receive bids on their ideal office space – think Thumbtack for landlords and tenants. And in some cases, a landlord can offer a rebate in the form of a percentage of the gross lease just for working directly with the tenant.

The startup is active in Minneapolis, Denver, Houston, Phoenix, Seattle, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, with eyes toward East Coast markets.

CREvolve’s opinion? Altogether, a well polished platform that places the emphasis on the tenant’s needs and tackles inefficiency in the hunt for the perfect space. Who else will follow their lead in this demand driven marketplace?

One final piece of advice from Pat: brokers should set a goal to try a new technology every month – they’ll close more deals, make more money, and bring better value to their customers.

The next episode of CREvolve features guest Alex Rangel, Co-Founder of Ravti, a Y Combinator and MetaProp NYC startup innovating HVAC for property owners and managers.
