CRE Software Startup Apto Enjoys Rapid Growth and Recognition

Web-based commercial real estate software platform Apto has been recognized by Inc. magazine as the 175th fastest-growing privately held company in the United States. In the 35th annual Inc. 500 list released this week, Apto also ranked as the #2 fastest-growing company in Denver and the #11 fastest-growing software company overall.

Amidst the rapid growth and accolades, Apto is in the process of relocating its headquarters to a renovated 100-year old building at 1730 Blake St. in Denver’s LoDo district. The move comes as a result of aggressive company expansion over the past 12 months, with accelerating revenue growth, new industry partnerships, and important customer wins contributing to Apto’s momentum.

Apto attributes its 2,079% three-year growth rate to its innovative technology, superior customer service and deep commercial real estate industry expertise, along with steadily increasing demand among brokers for web-based software that can boost efficiency and improve decision-making.

CEO Tanner McGraw told propmodo.com: “We’ve found that the greatest challenge with growing rapidly is finding and hiring the right people. We’re constantly trying to recruit top talent to fill an ever-expanding array of new roles and functions, and it can become difficult as a company scales to accelerate hiring velocity while maintaining exceptional quality in new hires.”
