Prior to joining 7Park Data, Eugene was the Principle Data Scientist of Real Factors, an applied CRE data science and software startup that 7Park acquired in 2019. Before Real Factors, Eugene worked in research and valuations at Ellington Management Group. Eugene started his career at Blackrock working with the team managing the Financial Crisis bailouts of AIG and Bear Sterns. Eugene received a B.A. from Columbia University.
